We can’t be together to walk against breast cancer this year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t join the movement. CityHUNT has teamed up with The American Cancer Society to raise funds, celebrate survivors, and have some fun pushing the movement forward in a pandemic-safe way.
CityHUNT is known for entertaining games and creative team building activities, and we believe that the best way to get out and give back in the fight against cancer is to specially curate a series of neighborhood games in order to raise money.
Joining in is easy:
• Sign up for fundraising at MakingStridesWalk.org
• Raise a team minimum of $500 and your event manager sends you a game code!
• Play the two-hour Adventure any day in October 2020
• One “Tech Captain” downloads the app for your group of up to five players
• Meet up with your friends at a location near your home, school, or workplace
• Follow the pinktastic clues in the cityHUNT® app and compete against other teams!
This October, Celebrate Survivors Together
Making Strides 2020 is a create fundraising event hosted by The American Cancer Society, and cityHUNT is proud to partner with them in this close-knit experience. Making Strides raises over 20 million a year for breast cancer research, and you’ve more than likely seen their pinktastic tutus and fundraising memorabilia.
This time, people are raising money via cityHUNT’s amazing neighborhood games. These custom built adventures can be played where you are, in your regional area or neighborhood. After your group of up to five raises $500 for Making Strides, it’s as easy as downloading the app and playing along! Host the event with photos, videos and easy sponsor integration. The AR events make social distance play for fundraising a blast, and are custom built to your neighborhood.
Put on your pink tutu and don your best pink duds for extra points! Your group will look for a list of objects, follow clues, solve problems, take pictures and videos, and celebrate the triumph of breast cancer survivors during a two-hour multifaceted adventure. As with all of our events, we encourage social distancing, responsible mask wearing, and adhering to all of your local COVID-19 safety rules while you play our games.
