Lincoln Theatre – Jamming Out

Dance break! At this stop, teams visited the iconic Lincoln Theatre. This theatre was built in 1939 and was originally a movie theatre that catered to the African American population during segregation. It was an important space for African Americans in Raleigh to be able to socialize and watch cinema. Now, it has developed into a concert hall that hosts world-renowned musicians, speakers, and others artists. For the photo challenge, teams had to take a picture pretending to be rocking out on stage.
