City Hall – Hermann Square

For this stop, participants visited the iconic Hermann Square, which is located in front of Houston’s city hall. The square is named after George Hermann, who passed away in 1914. He was an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and industrialist in Houston. The historic square takes up an entire city block in downtown Houston. Hermann Square is a popular gathering place for lunch goers almost year-round and is also a prime location for special events. The challenge at this stop was to take a picturesque photo in front of the reflecting pool.
