Date and Scope of Services:

City Hunt will provide the experience on the date and time specified on the invoice. The experience will include all the features outlined in the selected package from the cityHUNT proposal.

Total Fee:

In consideration of City Hunt’s services, the client is required to pay the amount indicated on the invoice based on the number of teams or participants. The final number of participants must be communicated to City Hunt no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the Hunt. The total fee stated on the invoice, or for the final number of participants (whichever is greater), must be paid in full regardless of the actual number of participants attending the Hunt. Payment should be made 48 hours before the Hunt upon receipt of the final invoice. Invoices unpaid after thirty (30) days will incur a 1.5% per month interest charge until the balance is settled.

Changes or Cancellations Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to make changes to your scheduled hunt or even cancel it altogether. To ensure a smooth process, please take note of the following guidelines:

Changes to Starting Time: If you wish to change the starting time of your hunt, kindly notify City Hunt no later than one (1) week prior to the scheduled Hunt Date. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative time.

Changes to Hunt Date or Cancellation: If you need to change the Hunt Date or cancel the Hunt entirely, please notify City Hunt no later than one (1) week prior to the scheduled Hunt Date. 

By adhering to this timeframe, you will be eligible to receive a credit for the amount paid, to be used towards a future event within 365 days

Please note that any fees paid are non-refundable.

City Hunt Cancellation: In the unlikely event that City Hunt cancels the event for any reason (aside from the reasons stated in the following section), we will refund the deposit paid by the client.

Delays or Postponements: 

We strive to provide a seamless experience, but certain circumstances beyond our control, such as hazardous weather, dangerous road conditions, or mechanical issues, may cause delays in the starting time of the hunt. In such cases, we will make every effort to adjust the hunt’s time to a mutually agreeable one.

Staffing Changes:

Your Adventure Guide will be booked in advance and you will receive their info 2 business days ahead of your game. In the event of an emergency (illness, accident, family emergency, etc), your Adventure Guide may change within those 2 business days ahead of your game. Every effort will be made to replace the Adventure Guide with another suitable option. In the event that this cannot happen, we will switch your event to a Virtual Guided event and you may be eligible for a future event credit or partial refund.

Rain or Shine Policy: 

Please be aware that our hunts will take place regardless of weather conditions. However, if you decide to postpone the event due to weather, you must notify cityHUNT a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you do not wish to incur additional fees. By adhering to this timeframe, you will be eligible to receive a credit for the amount paid, to be used towards a future event within 365 days. Failure to notify cityHUNT 24 hours ahead will result in a $150 nonrefundable Adventure Guide fee that will be subtracted from your credit.  

Hunt Behavior:

City Hunt will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury to any person or property, including the client and its participants unless resulting from City Hunt’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. City Hunt reserves the right to remove any participant from the Hunt if, in their sole judgment, the participant poses a threat to the safety of others or is likely to cause damage to City Hunt’s or others’ property. In such cases, the client is not entitled to a refund for the removed participant.

Releases:

By participating in the Hunt, the client agrees that City Hunt may capture pictures and videos of the event and may use them, along with the client’s name, for promotional and other business purposes, including social media platforms.
